Though the internet is a very good place, there are many people who are trying to make it unsafe.
There are crooks who send mails like this one below, claiming to be what they are not, but with the purpose to still ‘Passwords’ from unsuspecting victims. Even when one realizes that there are mails sent in his/her names, changing the password will not help much, unless any mails demanding a Password can be avoided. I hope this warning will be of help.
If you make a mistake of replying to that email with your login details, then be prepared to say good bye to your email account account. Below is an example of such messages
