Stress refers to the response by the body to certain demands due to the negative and positive experiences in day to day life. There several causes of stress like threats say from some one, Fear, work, Death especially of a beloved one, Relationships especially if it not gong on well for you, Change of environment say from one country to another were you have cope up with many new things you were not previously used to. Ever disturbed by stress try one or a number of the following thing it will be history.
There is no set out measure of managing stress but people try several methods and finally come to a suitable method which they frequently use to manage stress. Music is good when it comes to managing stress and people listen to specific music and get rid of stress for example Christian music purposely because of the encouraging massage in those songs and some favor classical music it depends which type works better for a particular individual.
Change of environment is one of a kind measure in managing stress as different environment bring different stresses like work place can bring its own stress, home especially when you have nagging people there like children, relatives and your own spouse among other things. When you stressed by such areas, when you g to the beach, watch a movie, go for a dinner or take a trip far from places which brought you stress with time you come back to your normal self.
Physical exercises too reduce on the stress because it refreshes the mind and pushes far away factors which might have brought stress to you. This could involve even participating in various sporting activities like football, swimming, jogging among other.
Taking a sleep is yet a another remedy to overcome stress because when one takes a sleep especially un interrupted sleep he/she will be refreshed and by the time he wakes up at least one has a bearing to begin from and start afresh. More to that, besides sleep even prayer can do good especially to those who have tried to make prayer part of them in case of any disturbance and once one prays he/she feels better after some time.
Finally, Taking a deep breath and exercising self control too may do a lot to curb stress we encounter in every day life. Much of the stress we get is partly of our own making for example we put our selves some times on pressure because we do not do what we are supposed to do in time and make work accumulate and we bosses come demanding for it we become stressed and think it is the bosses stress us at work.
